Camo & Cashmere

Happy Hump Day!!! :)

Today I am wearing Camo (shoes) and Cashmere (sweater).  Who would have thought the two could go together?!  I guess opposites do, in fact, attract!

(sorry for the quality - hubby had to take the picture with my cell phone.. silly me, I left my camera card in my computer - at the office!!!)

Cashmere Sweater - J.Crew (Buy)
Jeans - J.Crew (Buy)
Flats - Tory Burch (Similar)

I l.o.v.e. these shoes.  They were a gift from my hubby - it's a little bit of him and a little bit of me wrapped up in a shoe - pure perfection!!


On a funny note - I wanted to try this new recipe that I saw in a cookbook.  It requires a crock pot.  I love crock pots - especially with our crazy schedules.  Anyway, I was really looking forward to dinner last night .... but..... I came home to this ----

HAHAHA!!! Does that look like the picture in the cookbook?!?! Uhhhh... NO!!!!
MEGA DINNER FAIL!!!!

Needless to say - after I saw this ... I sent this.....


Yup - sums up my evening!!!

Have you ever had a dinner disaster?! ... I think it happens to the best of us.

    More often than not, my dinner disasters happen from my crockpot. It's so frustrating! Especially when you look forward to that meal all day. Maybe with experience, we'll get better! :)

    Love that you have a "fly by the seat of your pants" attitude. The fiancee and I are the same way. Many of times I have ruined a meal and had to come up with something from the pantry.
